At the July 11th VDOE Commissioners meeting Adam Leiser lashes out against the Eidelweiss Property Owners Association (EPOA) AND MOTIONS SEVERAL "PUNISHMENTS" because the EPOA failed to call Paula Doyle and tell her that they had changed to date of the monthly Volunteer Lake Assessment Program water quality testing of the ponds.
