As you go through your weight loss journey, you'll probably have one or even multiple weight loss plateaus. These stalls are a normal part of the fat loss journey and something you'll have to learn to overcome if your goal is to get lean and reach below 15% body fat.
The thing is, there are hundreds of different ways to break a fat loss plateau. It can get very confusing and overwhelming trying to figure out exactly which one to use since there's also a lot of BS out there which doesn't work.
In this video, I share one of my favorite strategies for overcoming fat loss plateaus, which I'm very confident will help you to continue making progress on your fitness journey.
