HOME COOK vs RESTAURANT | Texas Roadhouse Ribeye Steak! Texas Roadhouse is a very popular food chain restaurant in the United States. This challenge is who makes the best steaks, a home cook or the restaurant. We both use a bone-in ribeye which was 20oz. But, to take it to the next level I also cooked a twice baked potatoes and the famous sweet rolls that Texas roadhouse serves. Let's not forget about the sweet butter also!

HOW TO GRILL A STEAK PROPERLY!
First sear it until golden brown is achieved
Then cook indirect heat @ (250°F / 121°C) until (135°F / 57°C)

* TEXAS ROADHOUSE SWEET ROLLS *
2 tsp Instant Yeast
1 1/4 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Honey
3 tbsp Salted Butter
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Salt
4 Cups Bread Flour (You can use all purpose flour too)

* SWEET BUTTER *
8 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Honey

* TWICE BAKED POTATO *
2 Large Idaho Potatoes
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Crispy Bacon
Salt and Pepper to taste
