The impact of creating TED Talks with my students

Jinni Forcucci -- 2018 Delaware Teacher of the Year -- embarked on a journey to create a TED Talk about her experiences in the classroom. When she asked her students to join her by creating their own Talks, they not only got to know each other, but she got to have the eye-opening and invaluable experience of putting herself in her students' shoes. In this interview, Jinni recpints the commitment and passion that marked their joint venture, and describes the experience of delivering a Talk in front of a room full of colleagues and respected peers: "The pride that I felt that day ... can pretty much carry me through the rest of my career."
