Today I want to address two topics I often hear from clients that they don’t seem to understand well: pre-foreclosures and lease-purchase agreements. You’ve probably seen pre-foreclosure listings on Zillow before, but contrary to popular belief, these homes aren’t on some secret list of cheap properties; they’re not even for sale.
