I didn’t mention other things like arm position, eye level and so on because they are well-known facts that many people talk about. I just wanted to give you a different insight into the two things addressed in this video.

In fact, there is no perfect sitting posture as you would not be able to maintain one (if there is) even for 5-10minutes so you need to keep changing your position. If you sit on the front of a chair, it is easier to do that as mentioned in the video. However, you would get tired too if you do that all day long so have a rest at times but remember you can use your muscles even in sitting anytime if you want to !
