This is one of the best exercises I teach my clients wanting to focus on a smaller tighter waist. Don't worry if you don't know how to do Pilates. This exercise is based on a side plank. And when you squeeze your waist during the move, you'll know it's working to firm your waistline! No gym or equipment needed. If you need to add another exercise to your routine at home or the gym and firming your waistline is your focus, give this a try!
It's also great for core stability exercise for back pain. It stretches and strengthens the muscles around the spine.
