What does this have to do with fitness? Everything. Taking action as we are capable is how we get or stay fit. Even basic, reasonable fitness requires us to put away excuses, be courageous in taking responsibility for our actions without blaming others, and being willing to step up and do what we CAN, even when it's not popular and we don't feel like it.

We are all more capable than we let on. Remember too, none of us is perfect. I don't do everything I CAN. No one does. So be honest with yourself, be self-aware, but keep the baby in with the bathwater. What does this mean?

Keep the baby in with the bathwater means we all have some dirt (imperfections) floating around us but it doesn't mean we all of a sudden become wholly bad because of the dirt, therefore needing to TOSS OUT our good just because of some flaws.

You can fail, have flaws and not do all you CAN and still be an amazing, quality soul. So apply the swap of WON'T for CAN'T any chance you can, don't blame, forgive yourself if you don't, and work on getting better each day.
