'What The S**t Is Occurring?' Joke Arrest For Chalking!

Arrested for chalking on the pavement and charged with section 5 of the public order act.
Stipulated bail conditions for this misdemeanour?

Bailed away from the protest and the whole area of East Yorkshire.

As we said a Joke arrest of the highest order, what we find amazing here is that the custody sgt is the one in charge of the bail conditions and putting them in place.

So he looks at the charge of dangerous villain in baggy trousers armed with pink and white chalks and an opinion that obviously hurt the ego of the arresting constable?
So Sgt Clough rd your ego too must have been hurt by the realisation that the words on the pavement could't possibly offend you unless, let's just say...

...you knew what you was doing and you felt wrong, but in a crazy mixed up topsy turvy world your inverted anger manifests itself as petulance, corruption and a damn right waste of resources?

or 2. You are under orders to remove peoples rights of protest under articles 10 & 11 of the ECHR -

Take your pick, whichever one is nasty and by no means serves as a correct form of policing, here or anyway.
