What do we plan to do here?
Femiwrist aims to reinstate the status or position of women in society, especially in India! We aim to achieve that by providing guidance and expert advices pertaining to all three portions of life i.e. Body, Mind and Soul.

1: Eat something light about half an hour before your run.
2: Wear sports shoes and sports bra.
3: keep a straight posture, straight neck and run forward.
4: Prefer to run on ground than on treadmill.
5: Keep yourself hydrated.
