These would include... but are not limited to...
1. You can invest in unmortgageable properties when others cannot
2. You will have NO funding problems
3. You can (potentially) get bigger discounts
4. The agent will have confidence in you as an investor and so is, therefore, more likely to support an offer you put forward
5. The seller will also have confidence in you and is, therefore, more likely to choose you... even if perhaps yours ISN'T the best offer!
6. You can do faster transactions... and believe me when I say in some situations this makes a HUGE difference!
7. You can split your funds and do two deals at the same time!
Now I Must make clear you don't technically need any money to start investing in property, but if you have some cash to invest in buy to let UK property, you obviously have some very real advantages over the competition.
