The good news is, I never in my entire life of owning fast vehicles acted like an ass-wipe in a residential area as you're seeing here and in the many of those posted self incriminating vehicular terrorist videos. What I have written explains my exact sentiments towards today's vile vehicular terrorist and disgusting perpetrating urchins.

The bottom line is this. We have lawful citizens which is about 90% and then we have the 10%
of those who want to impress. It seems for some reason those posted, who watch the video's, find themselves in disbelief their behavior could be seen socially unacceptable and absolutely appalling. Then for some unknown reason they can’t comprehend it's due to their acts of defiance , lawlessness, antics and lackadaisical attitude is the very reason they’ve acquired world wide notoriety and obtained recognition for their pompous misbehavior.

As you can see each and everyone of these perpetrators are not doing the speed limit and really don't GAF about anyone but themselves. In many cases it's about how to impress their passenger or pedestrians in the local area or the typical "you can't touch me attitude". Sadly in most cases their passengers will become a carbon copy of their mentor and as time goes on will acquire the very same recognition for following their mentors lead. It's a sad situation only higher penalties and law enforcement can resolve but again that's a matter of LE doing their job relentlessly without hesitation or remorse and to divorce themselves from politics..

The antics and speed you're witnessing here have been going on for a very long time and is common along this entire thoroughfare especially this area This area and the entire city is filled to the brim with vile vehicular terrorist such as those shown, many of which are repeat offenders on a daily basis both day and night, all of which the Ripon PD should have brought down like big dogs a very long time ago but as you can see they haven't made a dent in this towns vehicular terrorist problem child dilemma.

IMHO, self incriminating video of these perpetrators make them prime candidates for being taken down under AB1824 effect 1/1/2019 and charged with being a public nuisance, disturbing the peace and exhibition of speed, all of which they've successfully accomplished without a doubt. Again it's a matter of having a proactive and effective law enforcement agency whose will to take the bull by the horns and see that all such behavior is terminated.

Clearly as seen here it's very easy to distinguish the ( normal ) people who are lawful from the abnormal (vile vehicular lawless problem children ) of this town. The good news in a few days we will have captured enough perpetrators to put together the next collage and post this cities most wanted once again.
