HC SETS ASIDE NGT’s ORDER STAYING IMPLEMENTATION OF GOA BEACH SHACK POLICY 2019 22_Prudent Media Goa

The speed breaker over shack allotment process has been cleared by the High Court. High Court has set aside the interim order of the principal bench of National Green Tribunal dated 13th September staying the implementation of beach shack policy 2019-2022. But, the High Court has requested GCZMA to expedite the process of finalizing Coastal Zone Management plan for the state of Goa.
