Here Is What Happens When You Try To Recruit Everybody Recruit Everybody
It seems that many network marketers want everybody on their team. At first glance, it seems like a good idea. The bigger your team the more money you make. But that is not how it works.

Here is what really happens when you try to recruit everybody.

Recruit Everyone And Anyone
Many network marketers are so eager to build a team that they will try to recruit everyone. They think that if they learn how to rebut every objection a prospect may have, then their prospect will have no choice but to join. But if you had to work hard to convince them to join, then they probably aren't that motivated to work. Some network marketers even say things like:

Save your spot and half of the work will be done for you!

This is easy!
You'd do great at this!

Th problem is that it isn't easy and it takes hard work. So when they don't work hard. (And why would they work hard, they were told it would be easy), they will probably fail. When they realize that it was harder than they were lead to believe, they will feel cheated and quit. So now you have one less person your team and they probably don't like you. What if it's a family member? Or a friend? Convincing the wrong people to join us a terrible way of growing your business and a great way of losing friends.

When it comes to team building, quality is much more important that quantity. A good team will lead you to success and abundance. A bad team not matter how big it is, will lead you to failure and frustration.

Look For Quality
Instead of trying to close everyone, be more selective with you want on your team. Prospects that are a good fit will be much easier to recruit. They are more likely to work hard which means you will get better results. I would much rather have a team of 10 quality people that are working hard than a team of 20 or even 100 people who are negative minded and lazy. When you find that someone isn't a good fit, instead of trying to recruit them, let them go. It's rare that you'll be able to recruit them and even if you do, they will be a source of frustration until they end up failing and quitting.

If you try to recruit everybody, you end up keeping nobody.

Pretty cool eh?
