President Ramaphosa opens cell phone manufacturing plant

President Cyril Ramaphosa is opening the first Cell phone manufacturing plant in Durban, South Africa. It's a R1.5 billion investment. South Africa will be the second in the continent after Rwanda to manufacture a cell phone.
