President to appoint two more advisory councils President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced he'll appoint two more councils - one on investment and another on state-owned entities.

He made the announcement at the first sitting of his presidential economic advisory council. The 18-member panel met at his Tuynhuys offices in Cape Town.

In his opening address, the president said there is hope on the horizon.
