Pruning Back My Tall Bonsai, Part 1, The Bonsai Zone, Oct 2019

My giant Kapok bonsai needs to be cut back in order to fit the tree inside for the winter!
After a good summer of growth, it also needs root pruning and repotting.

The tree is this video is a Ceiba pentandra. I grew it from a seed in June of 2016, just over three years ago.
These trees are also called the Java cotton, Java kapok, silk-cotton, samauma, or ceiba tree.
