Can the product use sawdust or wood pellets? The cold smoker cannot use sawdust and we do not recommend pellets due to the poor quality smoke it produces. We highly recommend using wood chips and larger wood chunks for best results.
It is easy to install? Yes, this is very easy to install. It only requires drilling a 1-1/8” hole into the side of your application, as low as possible, and attaches using the provided washers and lock nuts. (Replace precision aluminum picture with 10 years picture)
