"We often think that in order to seek God, He wants to share His will with us, but I have discovered He wants to point out those He needs help with"
Finding Value In Everyone:
I. Diffusing The Competition: Out default setting is a competitive nature that devalues everyone
II. De-escalating the Criticism: Criticism is a light switch that incapacitates your ability to find value in others
III. Debating The Challenge: Finding value in others is no different than the skill of a talent scout or a job search
