What Are Most Significant and Least Significant Bits?

I haven't found any good videos explaining what most significant bits and least significant bits are, so I figured I'd make one and fill the gap.
If the concept of MSB and LSB are confusing, I find using a bank account balance as an example usually helps get the point across.
