'Heckles at PM won't affect election result'

Former Lib Dem leader Vince Cable says Prime Minister Boris Johnson failed to show "empathy" during his visit to flood-hit Yorkshire.

But former Labour MP John Mann thinks that heckling the PM faced won't "affect" the outcome of the General Election.
