Have you ever wondered how often you should post on Instagram? On one side, you don’t want to over post and potentially annoy the gracious people who follow you, but then, is the lack of posting on Instagram hindering your growth? Today I do my best to answer this multifaceted question through what I’m experiencing on Instagram in 2019. I believe to accurately know how often to post on your Instagram account, you need to have an understanding of how the algorithm is currently handling you’re particular post and act accordingly.
