There's a very simple practice that's been helped me mediate stress and generally put me in a better place on a daily basis. I've shared with thousands of people and I want to share it with you.
It's so simple that you might just doubt it, but I want you to try it out for a day or a week and then see if it's a value to your life. Because we could all use a bit of support, if you know someone who is struggling, it's probably something you should share.
