This 12 x 24 interior at a total of 288 square feet. with a 12x8 covered front porch. The house is fully in insulted, the loft can be used for a bed but we have the hot water heater up there. The bathroom has a full size bath tub/ shower. There are two door and the side door has a doggy door.
