Viewer video shows fireworks going off next to an HDB block along Jalan Rajah in Singapore on Monday (Oct 28). It is illegal for members of the public to possess or discharge fireworks in Singapore and police are investigating. This is the second such case over the Deepavali long weekend. Read more:
