Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today emerged in Lok Sabha, a week after winter session began. He was absent as he was reportedly visiting abroad. Amid slogans by Congress MPs, he rose when given chance by Speaker to ask a question and said, 'there is no point in my asking the question as democracy has been murdered in Maharashtra'. The house was in din as Congress MPs shouted slogans with placards in hands over political situation in Maharshtra. Law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad told media persons that Congress MPs assaulted Lok Sabha marshals, Congress has crossed all levels of Parliamentary decency.
