I lived in Chicago for 8 years while in college and when I moved there from Texas I knew absolutely nothing about dressing stylishly for winter. I no idea how to layer for the freezing cold which left me feeling frazzled and underprepared just about every day.
Over the years, I learned how to stay warm and fashionable in winter and now I want to share my top 5 cold winter fashion tips with you.
