WATCH: Giuliani subverted American policy in Ukraine for 'personal interests,' Hill testifies The efforts made by Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, in relation to Ukraine, contributed to “a subversion of American policy” to push the “personal interests” of Giuliani’s business associates, Fiona Hill testified before the House Intelligence Committee on Nov. 21. Hill, the White House’s former Russia adviser, testified as part of the impeachment inquiry into Trump. The probe is seeking, in part, to determine whether Giuliani acted on behalf of Trump in an attempt to get Ukraine to investigate Trump’s political rivals. Some of Giuliani’s other associates have also been implicated during the course of the inquiry.
