I did a couple of things as a child that led me to feel embarrassed. I have undertaken an project to alleviate all negative emotions related to my past, and embarrassment is one of them.
As I have been working on this project, it has surprised me to find out how many of my past experiences let me to feel embarrassed. It appears to be a theme, as one of the ways that I respond to situations wherein I am in the wrong.
