The DJI Spark has many more Pro features than the Mavic Mini (like flight modes, Active Track, Obstacle Avoidance, Gesture Mode). The Mavic Mini was only created due to the demand for a drone under 250 grams, therefore it has minimal features due to weight restrictions. So which drone is right for you? Well, the Spark is discontinued, so only buy it if you can get it for less than the price of the Mavic Mini.
