How to Illustrate Annotate and Edit USF Envisioning Sustainability Lecture Videos using Camtasia

How to Illustrate Annotate and Edit USF Envisioning Sustainability Lecture Videos using Camtasia This tutorial is for our Patel College of Sustainbility Students who may be beginners in the use of video production. In our course "Envisioning Sustainability" students spend the first four weeks working together as production teams, bringing the green screen "relational summary" lectures of Professor Culhane to life through illustration and effects. Once they have mastered these techniques they move on to creating their own relational summaries of the course material, turn them into scripts, shoot their own scripts in the USF Library Digital Media Commons and edit them into illustrated content for the next generation of students. d
In this first tutorial the program being shown is Camtasia, but the techniques can be acheived as well using Adobe Creative Suite, which the library provides to USF students for free as part of their tuition.
