If you are going to file any case whether it is a Writ Petition, Intra Court Appeal, Civil Revision, Criminal Revision or any other case, you should make sure that all the requirements are fulfilled to avoid any objection, may be raised by High Court. If you have submitted uncertified copies of document along with your case, objection may be raised by the High Court. So to avoid such objection, you are required to file an Exemption Petition supported by Affidavit, contenting in the Exemption Petition that certified copies are not readily available as soon same are available, shall be submitted before this Honourable Court.
