I QUIT SUGAR FOR A MONTH! Becoming Aware About What I Eat - Here's What Happened... WHY is sugar added in everything?! I didn't think this challenge would be tough, but it forced me to rethink my eating habits. As a mindset architect I'm always looking for ways to break my patterns and get outside my comfort zone to become better. After quitting added and processed sugars for a month, not only did I become aware about what I eat, I also learned a dark truth about how addictive our environment is.

Even though I will always have a sweet tooth and prefer a plantbased diet, I'm very relieved that I've reduced my sugar intake overall.
