INSPIRING PURPOSE THROUGH THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY - September 2019. Richard Branson identifies the ability to inspire as the single most important leadership skill. Inspiration is fueled by passion and purpose.
We recognize this project will help to infuse energy, passion, confidence, and courage in the girls from the Stem Girl Glow project.
Collaborating with Ms. Conway - Miss Guyana 2019, Stem Girl Glow was an opportunity to impact female Tech leaders in Berbice to ignite a spark within to take action.

The aim of Inspiring Purpose through Technology is to give the participant the opportunity to think about their values, character strengths, and doing what they love to create solutions collectively.
Through this workshop, we were able to help these young girls to set goals, develop a sense of purpose and plan to take action to solve simple problems that mostly affect them for example study timetable.
We helped them to identify opportunities that they are passionate about, and ways to get them involved in taking actions on issues that matter to them. Some of these social issues included Literacy, Mental Health, Domestic Violence and access to business opportunities.
If you are reading this, the next time you want to motivate people, then ask yourself how I effectively inspire them. Inspiring purpose can start small and it begins with you.
