[PoE] [Guide] Vortex Tank Occultist 3.9 Metamorph #StarterBuild | SSFHC VIABLE! [play_like_jay]

Greetings Exiles!
In this video I'm presenting you my #PathOfExile league starter that excels in bossing: Vortex Tank Occultist.
So far, 3.9 #Metamorph League and the Conqueror of the Atlas Expansion are looking like you need a good boss killer.

This build also works in SSF HC!

It can do everything from mapping to hardcore bossing by using a huge life and energy shield pool with defensive double curse and auras combined with curse explosions.
