SERENDIPITY ‘TAXIS’ CHALLANED FOR ALTERING VEHICLES REGISTRATION WITHOUT RTO’S PERMISSION_Prudent

Panaji Traffic police has challaned taxis engaged in Serendipity Art Festival for altering vehicle’s registrations condition without taking RTO’s permissions.

Police have informed that taxis have hid the side number plates and have displayed the advertisement of the event without permission. Traffic police after challaning them will present the case before the Court
