Blaine, the Fire type Gym Leader of Cinnabar Island in Kanto, is stronger than we thought. It's time to look at his evolution in the main series Pokemon games and construct his strongest & best team by looking at all of Blaine's Pokemon and all battles in the timeline from Kanto, Johto, Unova, and beyond!
