2019 was a year during which we achieved a great deal together. We can now look back on a fantastic 70th anniversary with a bit of a royal touch. Thanks to generous donations, more than 100 new research projects have been made possible and the knowledge about cancer has further increased. This means the disease can now be better detected, treatments are safer and more effective and cancer patients are living for longer with a better quality of life.
On behalf of all the Dutch Cancer Society’s colleagues: thank you very much for the great collaboration. We would like to wish you and your loved ones a happy and hopeful 2020.
