Do you have a business plan for the new year?

We're in the second week of 2020, so if you don't have a formal plan, don't waste any more time!

- First, gather all the key players in your organization.
This includes your managers, department heads, and whoever else you believe can help develop a strategic plan.

- Second, take inventory of the business models from 2019. What worked? What didn't? This will help you learn and thrive.

- Third, create a timeline for when, and what you want to achieve.
Formulate an outline of your plan, and get your first draft finished by the end of the month, then let it simmer for a bit.

Make any changes if needed.

Have one of your trusted advisors read over it, so you can get a fresh perspective.

Prepare the rest of your employees to implement this new plan as soon as you can.
