Here are the recipe's from today's video for reducing water retention:

For the morning smoothie blend these ingredients:
banana
avocado
strawberry
coconut water

For juicing blend these ingredients :
Apple
parsley
lemon
fresh ginger
honey
1/2 cup of water
Take in less sodium. Remember to consult your doctor before eating or drinking any thing to reduce your water retention and before working our with this or any new fitness routine.
