For any copyright, please send me a message.  A man accused of murdering his missing wife before allegedly attempting suicide before his trial is reportedly unlikely to ever wake up.  It is understood Fotis Dulos' relatives are flying into the US from Greece though even if he wakes, the 52-year-old will likely have severe brain damage after suffering carbon monoxide poisoning.  There are also concerns he will never be able to stand trial for the alleged killing.  The Daily Mail reports a judge at Stamford Superior Court said the accused man's condition is "dire" on Wednesday.  A source told the Mail "brain damage is inevitable" due to the amount of time Dulos was unresponsive after being dragged from his garage by police officers.  He was apparently legally dead briefly while being revived on Tuesday, it has been reported.  Dulos was airlifted to hospital after apparently trying to poison himself in his garage while under house arrest in Farmington, Connecticut.  He was then rushed to UConn Health still in critical condition, and then airlifted to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, New York, for treatment in a hyperbaric chamber.  There are fears Dulos may have suffered irreparable brain damage due to serious carbon monoxide poisoning likely to lead to long-term cognitive damage.  His sister Rena Dulos and her daughter Angelika flew over from the family's native Greece after news the accused had been taken to hospital.  Jennifer Farber Dulos disappeared in May 2019 in New Canaan, Connecticut, US, after dropping her kids off at school - but police quickly determined she had been attacked.  Stains of her blood were found in the garage of the mum-of-five's rented home and in her abandoned car, leading to a major search effort being launched.  Police concluded Jennifer had been the victim of a "serious physical assault", with former partner Dulos and his new girlfriend Michelle Troconis later arrested for tampering with evidence.  The accused has been allowed to remain in his mansion since Thursday but alarms were raised when he failed to appear at a court hearing yesterday in relation to the $6million bond he put up.  At the time of her disappearance Jennifer had been living with her children in a rented home.  She filed for divorce from her husband in 2017 and whisked her children away that night, prompting Mr Dulos to call 911 and say he did not know where his children were.  In a motion seeking custody of their children last year, now ages 8 to 13, Jennifer wrote: “I know that filing for divorce, and filing this motion will enrage [Fotis].  "I know he will retaliate by trying to harm me in some way . . .
