Noisy PSU fan, Evga Bronze 750 BQ

Noisy PSU fan, Evga Bronze 750 BQ About a week ago this barely year old Power Supply Unit (PSU) fan started making a lot of noise. We had just fixed one fan issue a month ago, and this one on this barely a year old power supply started whirring all the time. Without any programs even running on the PC. I guess some people have replaced fans in EVGA power supplies? wonder how that worked out fix the problem problem didn't recur? or just have to buy a new Power Supply Unit?

We bought this one barely a year ago to power our Nvidia Geforce GTX graphics card (our old PSU didn't have two six pins to power it) for editing our film Undead Zombie Hookers in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinici Resolve (UZH is being released in 2020, assuming we don't go into full time pc repair job, which it's not far off, after a not too easy switch from Premiere Pro to DaVinci resolve lol)
Comments below on how you fixed a noisy fan issue if you have any.

Please excuse any out of focus or noise, this was filmed with a Kodak ZX1 Pocket Camera at midnight in low light, in an emergency tear down to try and get it working quieter for Monday morning.
