Paneer Tadka Recipe ( Odia ) | Dal Paneer Tadka Recipe | Dhaba style paneer tadka : Here I have shown a very easy , tasty and healthy paneer tadka recipe . This healthy paneer tadka recipe takes very less time to prepare with minimum ingredients. Must try this super easy paneer tadka with roti , paratha, naan or with kulcha.
Ingredients :
1. Mixed dal - 1½ cup ( Split bengal gram, split green gram, split black gram, Kidney bean , Chick peas & horse gram ) - instead of pkt mixed dal you can take ( mixed of 1/2 cup split bengal gram + 1/4 cup split green gram + 1/4 cup chick peas )
2. Paneer chunks - 150 gm
3. Chopped Onion - 1 ( medium )
4. Diced Tomato - 1 ( medium )
5. Crushed ginger - 1 inch or 1 tbsp
6. Chopped green chilli - 2
7. Garlic cloves ( whole or chopped ) - 8-10
8. Chopped coriander leaves
9. Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
10. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
11. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
12. Meat masala - 1 tsp ( Instead of it you can use tadka masala )
13. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
14. Salt to taste
15. Oil - 2 tbsp
