Today we pair the mini bike chassis with a $20 yard sale Briggs and Stratton 5 horsepower flathead from 1973 and we have an epic rat rod vintage mini bike build! This is not a racing mini bike, nor is it an off road mini bike. This is a cruiser mini bike, designed to ride low and slow. What it lacks in performance, this mini bike makes up in style.
