The survived koala feels alone in the forest of the damned (Kangaroo Island). Thousands of Koalas perished here, but hundreds so far have been found and taken to vet and recovery. The team rescued mumma koala with her little newborn joey. Her newborn joey is still very small and hides in mumma's pouch. So many good people doing good things to help care for rescued animals/orphans at Kangaroo Island WildLife Park....

On another side, there is another dead livestock paint grim picture of fire devastation ... and logistical challenges of recovery effort. Farmed animals are also burning to death in Australia's fires.
A mother cow with tears in her eyes, yes they are real tears ... because they're coming straight from her soul...
