The Game of Life - Are You a Skilled Player?

I listen to many people who from a very young age knew what they wanted to do and have in life. They were going to be married by a certain age; have x number of children; picked out their career and many other things in life. I on the other had lived my life one goal at a time; sometimes two. Had I read been told that life was a game when I was a teenager or even in my twenties my life may have been different. Now I have read many Philosophers books and essays and realized that I was playing (we all are playing) a game not knowing all the rules. Today I am discussing “The Game of Life and How to Play it” by Florence Scovel Shinn
