From tattered barn to exquisite Airbnb, this incredible renovation will inspire hosts and guests alike. After years of vacationing in Maine, Peggy and Larry made Rockport their home and turned their attached barn into a stunning suite ready to welcome travelers to the MidCoast. The moment we walked into the space, we were smitten. Peggy's design showed us just how incredible an Airbnb interior could be. A black and white designer, her creation was striking, intuitive, and oh so comfortable. Her attention to the textures, the lights, the furniture, even the smallest details coalesced into a space that was downright irresistible. As guests, we felt like we were living in a high-end design magazine. And as hosts, Peggy and Larry go out of their way to make each visitor feel special. Serendipitously, the day we interviewed them was the same day they received the Superhost designation from Airbnb. Few are as deserving.
