Day 3:  Seclusion in the forest, no disturbances,  bodily posture To have an intention is first and foremost.
My note from my book, Mindfulness of Breathing loaned to me by the Dhammadrini Bhukkhunins reminds me to say on the cushion or chair before I meditate "May I progress on the path to liberation, for my own benefit and for the benefit of orhers."
