Democracy BANNED!! Leon Valley Facing New Lawsuit Over Recall Election

Cancel the Election! It’s EXTREME totalitarianism. Leon Valley, Texas, home of Police Chief Joe Salvaggio and City Manager Kelly Kuenstler, are facing a new lawsuit. The Petition for Writ of Mandamus seeks to force the city council to hold an election. Yes, that’s right, they’re having to get a court order to have an election as required by law, by our democracy. Is this even America?
