Why isn't Dragon Ball Super giving its new creator a chance? Are Toei scared of another Dragon Ball GT happening? Toyotaro is said to have been the main contributor for the very well acclaimed Moro or Galactic Prisoner Arc of the manga. However, production of the anime has been delayed mostly down to Toriyama's lack of content...so we ask, why isn't the Moro arc or Toyotaro's work not being used to its fullest potential?
